What is Results for Life?

Results for life is different, it is not a diet, it is a Lifestyle Plan.

The more you understand about what a 'balanced diet' is, and how much exercise you really need, the easier it will be to make and maintain positive changes. Leading a healthy lifestyle means you will be much more able to cope with the stresses and strains of daily life - you will have more energy, be more mentally alert, you will look and feel better and most importantly, be healthier.

There are three ways to go through the Results for Life course

  1. Group Courses at venues throughout the region - (small groups - we like to keep it personal).
  2. One to One Course - either at your home; a suitable venue nearby; or via telephone coaching.
  3. On-line Course - you will be sent the course file via post and all of the weekly
    handouts electronically and will receive unlimited email and telephone support.

The weekly sessions are very positive and motivational and last for about an hour. They are designed to be both fun and informative. You will learn things such as:-

At the end of the six weeks you will have learned about the changes YOU personally need to make and will have a written Lifestyle Plan to follow once the course is over.

Over the six weeks we will be discussing endless of ways of keeping fit and active. We will help you find out what you enjoy and how it can fit into your lifestyle. On many of the Results for Life courses you will receive six weeks (optional) membership at a local gym.

The journey that you embark upon during the 6 week course and beyond is a very personal one and we never discuss our clients with anyone - confidentiality is paramount to the service that we offer.
