Louise Christie

Louise Christie PhotoOver several years Louise has studied and qualified in Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Life Coaching, Sports Therapy, Personal Training and Weight Management.

She has been on her own healthy lifestyle journey and understands ALL of the trials and tribulations relating to trying to lose weight, get fit and generally feeling healthier and full of energy, she says, "I've followed starvation diets, meal replacement diets, cabbage soup diets, been a member of various slimming clubs and experimented with all sorts of pills and potions - I've lost the weight and put it all back on again, plus more! The conclusion to my long and varied journey was that the only thing that has ever worked for me has been making a Lifestyle Change and following a sensible low fat eating plan, combined with exercise, and that is exactly what Results for Life is. You will begin to understand the Lifestyle changes that YOU need to make - this doesn't mean that you can't ever indulge in your favourite treats, it simply means that you will change the balance of what you do."

Sue Hubbard

Sue Hubbard PhotoSue Hubbard is a trained Life and Performance Coach. She works with individuals to improve their performance and make the most out of their lives. Individuals gain a huge amount from the support that coaching provides. It helps you see clearly what you need to do - you may not know it but you have all the answers and just need to be asked the right questions!

Sue is very experienced at working with individuals and groups, especially as a result of her many years in the NHS supporting the development function. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is also an NLP Practitioner.

Sue was so impressed with the Results for Life programme after undertaking the course in early 2007, that she was keen to get involved and become a Lifestyle Coach herself. She says "It has made such a huge difference to me; I am now in control of my life in terms of how I look and how I feel. I just needed something to kick-start the change and to give me a sustainable and positive way to live my life. I am absolutely delighted with how it works for me. Although I exercised and ate reasonably healthily before, I was completely unaware of how easily I could take control of my life and make simple improvements to enable me to keep to a sensible plan both for now and in the future". She goes on to say, "As I have been through the Programme I can be a great mentor and role model as I really understand the issues and challenges that clients will face as I help them to achieve their lifestyle goals".

Celestine Carroll

Celestine Carroll PhotoCelestine originally trained as an actress and dancer, but due to family commitments, her career was put on the back burner. Four children and five grandchildren later, her life has taken many turns and for the last 10 years she has been working for "Aviatours", a company which runs "Fly without Fear" courses in conjunction with British Airways.

Through her work she has become involved in counselling and has been closely connected with top Harley Street Clinical Psychologists who run the psychological part of the "Aviatours" course. Her interest in psychology was stimulated by reading many recommended books, following which, she decided two years ago, to undertake a counselling course. As Celestine has a great desire to help others the course has greatly benefited her skills and understanding in dealing with people.

Ten years ago, Celestine had a health issue which led her to study diet, food intolerances and healthy living, as a result of which, she came to enjoy much better health. However, early in 2008 she felt that there was still room for improvement. Feeling bloated, gaining some extra weight and lacking in energy, she decided to attend the Results for Life course which proved to be a real turning point in her life. This prompted her to train under Louise to become a Lifestyle Coach and she now derives great joy in passing on the lessons learned and helping other people to transform their lives for the better.
